ADVENTure Volunteers

We need your help to make ADVENTure amazing! Take a look at each option below and read the descriptions to find what suits you best. Once you've registered, a staff member will reach out with more details about your specific volunteer role. We’re excited to have you on board!

Production/Gospel Presentation: Volunteers in this zone will assist with the stage production to deliver the Gospel through the eyes of Sammy the Shepard. You will assist with stage setup and breakdown, manage guest flow in and out of the auditorium, and direct guests to their seats.

Lake Bowen Family Team: Volunteers in this group, also know as Sammy's Shindig, will host activities like face-painting, ornament decorating, and photo booths. This also includes games that will be provided and hosted by D Groups. You will also help with setup and break down and prayer walking.

Baptist Fellowship: Volunteers in at this station will support the setup, breakdown, and serving of food for our guests. This station will also include managing seating, waste cleanup, and food trucks.

Attractions: Volunteers in this station will run the main attractions, including ice skating, Snowzilla, and the Jumping Gingerbread. You will also participate in the setup and teardown of the attractions, and manage the lines.

Engagement: Volunteers in this group will comprise the greeting team, safety, guest services, and hospitality. This year we will also include a prayer tent for our guests to receive prayer and answers to their questions about the Gospel.

Boiling Springs Parade: This group will represent Lake Bowen at the Boiling Springs Parade. Volunteers will participate in the parade, distribute candy, and manage the pickup and drop-off of the children riding on the wagons.
